A MTV revelou a lista de indicados do "MTV Movie & TV Awards 2023", que premia produções do cinema e da televisão. O evento acontece no dia 7 de maio, direto do Barker Hangar, em Los Angeles. No Brasil, a premiação será transmitida MTV, Pluto TV e MTV Pluto TV.
Com apresentação da atriz Drew Barrymore, o prêmio tem como uma das característica a votação aberta para o público, que já estão acontecendo e segue até o dia 17 de abril no site oficial.

Os produtores executivos do MTV Movie & TV Awards de 2023 são Bruce Gillmer, Wendy Plaut e Vanessa Whitewolf, da MTV, juntamente com Jesse Ignjatovic e Barb Bialkowski, do Den of Thieves. Jackie Barba e Alicia Portugal são os executivos encarregados da produção e Lisa Lauricella atua como executiva de talentos musicais.
