Alcobaça - Baleias Coast

Alcobaça is a small city located in the south part of Bahia, 26km far from Prado, where are five of the most beautiful beaches of this state. Coqueiro is excelent for surfing, Barra has strong waves and Farol, Alcobaça and Zeloris are perfect for swimming. In Alcobaça there is an Abrolhos Marine National Park visitors' center. Like Caravelas, this place also has an entrance to visit the park.
